The studio completed the boutiques of avenue Montaigne and place Beauvau, as well as the flagship of the brand in a 700 m² space on 3 levels, located on rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. This “gallery of mirrors” contains the traditional codes of Prada, that is to say the almond green color and the black and white checkerboard. Recently, the studio also completed the Prada boutique located within the Galeries Lafayette department store in Paris.

Studio Mainardi participated in the follow-up of the refurbishment of the Prada store, avenue Montaigne, in the 8th district of Paris. The Studio finished the renovation of this 283 square meter flagship store in 2022.
